Voting Question: Can two dark people have a white child?

My question is can these two have a baby thats looks so white? Mom is dark like (Gabrielle Union) and father like (Don Omar), and daughter looks like (Nahla Aubry) but a bit whiter with big green eyes and a bit more blonde?? Both parents have tight hair and child ahs lose curly hair. To add father's father is really dark and mom is tan Mothers father is her skin complxeion and mother is DARK!
